The ministry of men in the local church is defined as a core group of men, partnering with their pastor, to invite and initiate spiritual growth opportunities for all men of the church. Everyone has different gifts, graces and areas of interest. Therefore, opportunities for participation include diverse ministries within the church.
Seaside’s United Methodist Men’s group meets for dinner the first Monday of each month at 6:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall. Dinner is followed by a program and business meeting. Seaside’s United Methodist Men support many local non-profits and are involved in both church and community projects. Building wheelchair ramps for those is need is one way they serve our community. All men are invited to attend the monthly dinner meetings to share fellowship, devotion and prayer. Membership is not required.
