Living Grace: A 16-Week Journey to Mental Wellness



Living Grace is a 16-week curriculum for adults experiencing mental health difficulties or disorders. This small group experience is designed to help guide you through simple biblical and neuroscience insights and tools to reduce stress, depression, anxiety and other challenges. Living Grace integrates faith (scripture) and research-proven science insights and tools designed to help you:

+ Managing stressors

+ Decrease negative thoughts

+ Live a whole-health life 

+ Rest, Relaxation, and Joy

+ …and so much more.


Living Grace is not therapy or a replacement for professional care. Living Grace functions as a support group through small discipleship groups, improving mental and emotional wellness within the community.
