Walking the labyrinth is a meditation opportunity that helps you focus on spiritual, healing and lifeissues. A prayer labyrinth allows you to slow down, be grateful and pray. You will be given a brief history and background of the labyrinth and suggestions on how to walk the labyrinth. After the class you will be given time to walk the labyrinth.
