Description of event: We sell baked goods such as cookies, pies, cakes, cupcakes, muffins, jams or jellies, candy, sweet or yeast breads which have been donated by those members or friends of Seaside who want to help raise funds for the Country Fair.
Schedule of work: (because we handle food items – we don’t do any preparation or set up until the day before the sale begins.)
Thursday (day before Fair opens) Need 2 or 3 people between 8 am to 4 pm to assist the event leaders in the preparation room #222 – bagging, pricing and labeling items that are dropped off. We also receive donations both on Friday and Saturday – so one extra person will be assigned to assist the event leaders to bag, price and label these donations, while the sale is going on.
Friday and Saturday schedule: 1 or 2 Cashiers needed all day 7am – 6pm(Fri) or 2pm (Sat).
Three or four workers the sale table taking money to cashier and bagging baked goods.
Friday workers schedule: 7 – 10am, 9 – 12pm, 11-2pm, 1-4pm, 3-6pm – Fair closes
Saturday workers schedule: 7-10am, 9-12pm, 11-2pm – Fair closes
