Hearts and Hammers

Mission Statement

To use our time and talent to meet the needs of those around us in order to create an opportunity to share the love of Jesus.

We will perform household repairs for those who cannot afford them, free of charge. For those who can afford to buy materials only, we will provide labor at no charge.

Hearts and Hammers provides an opportunity to do “mission work” as our schedule permits. To learn more or participate in Hearts and Hammers, please complete the interest survey/skills assessment below.

The picture to the right shows two members of Seaside’s DRT team. Their mission work is outside of our local community. Hearts and Hammers serve members of our congregation in our local community.

Hearts & Hammers is meant to help those who either lack the financial resources or physical ability to complete home projects.

Download and complete the Request for Service Form which can be found on the Resources tab of the website.
